Passedat’s addresses
Gourmet restaurant with rooftop in Marseille, France
AT THE MUCEM, CUISINE AND CULTURE ACCORDING TO GÉRALD PASSEDAT
In creating the Môle Passedat, in the MuCEM, the chef imagined several spaces dedicated to its discovery: a panoramic restaurant and a terrace for tasting at your own pace, a table in the vein of mezzes, kiosks for a quick and tasty snack, a coffee at the fort Saint Jean for mainstream Marseille cuisine, a cooking school and a Mediterranean vegetable garden.
A variety of food choices that maintain the spirit of the chef’s cuisine and adapt to the desires and pace of each guest.
