With few partitions, blond oak woodwork, and travertine stone floors, this haven of serenity, spanning over 120 square meters, includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, an open kitchen, a dining room, and a spectacular terrace with over 180° views of the southern bay of Marseille, from the Maïre Islands to the Château d’If and the Frioul Islands.

The panoramic suite, designed by Ora Ito, is 120 square meters and includes 2 bedrooms:

- An 84.6-square-meter suite with a king-size bed or two single beds facing the sea, a dressing room, a shower room, a living area with a sofa and armchairs, a fully equipped open kitchen leading to a dining area with a table for four, and an 18-square-meter terrace with over 180° views of the southern bay of Marseille, from the Maïre Islands to the Château d’If and the Frioul Islands.

- A superior executive room of 36.34 square meters with a king-size bed or two single beds with a sea view, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate shower also offering a beautiful sea view.

The total capacity of the Jean-Paul Passedat panoramic suite is 4 people. 
Our panoramic suite is a private penthouse located in the quiet of the second villa of Petit Nice. Entry is thanks to an elevator with dedicated and secure access; the panoramic suite occupies the entire top floor of this villa.
The suite will open on July 13, 2024 - the photos presented here are non-contractual and correspond to the projections of our designer Ora Ito, prior to the completion of the work.
