To start, the carabineros are served as a carpaccio paired with fiery pepper, while the gourmet salad embraces the season with wild mushrooms and hazelnuts.
The menu continues with Mediterranean sea bass and its Provençal–style stuffed vegetables, blue lobster pasta, or spinach and ricotta ravioli for plant-based enthusiasts.

New this season, the daily special is a minestrone that changes according to the chef’s inspiration.
