Recipe for my Sangria with "Ile Verte"
SANGRIA ILE VERTE
serves 4
Preparation time: 15 mn
Cooking time: 10mn
INGREDIENTS
15 g Ile verte Passedat
1 vanilla pod
750 g red wine
100 g sugar
2 badianes
250 g watermelon
1 melon
1 bunch white muscat grapes
1 bunch black grapes
2 oranges
1 grapefruit
1 punnet redcurrants
MY RECIPE
Pour the red wine into a saucepan, add the vanilla, Passedat Green Island, badianes, sugar and 2 oranges cut into quarters.
Bring to the boil, flambé and reduce by half, then leave to cool.
Meanwhile, blend and strain the 250 g watermelon.
Mix the syrup with the watermelon juice. Zest the grapefruit, blanch and refresh. Cut grapefruit into quarters.
Add fresh fruit.
