Cocktail Martini Red Flower Royal
For 1 glass (15 cl)
INGREDIENTS
5 cl White Martini
3.5 g Anse des Enfers infusion
1.5 cl Lime juice
2 cl Cranberry juice
Champagne
PREPARATION
Infuse the Anse des Enfers for 5 to 6 minutes in water heated to 90°C. (Use a heaped dessert/soup spoon of 5.5 g for 50 cl of water).
Let the infusion cool in the fridge for a few minutes.
Fill a shaker ¾ full with ice, then add the White Martini, lime juice, cranberry juice, and 5 cl of the cooled infusion. Shake well for a few minutes.
SERVING
Pour the mixture into a "Tumbler" glass filled with ice cubes, then top with Champagne. Stir with a mixer and sprinkle some Anse des Enfers on top for decoration.
