The First Encounter lunch menu includes :

Amuse-bouches, followed by your choice of : starter and main course, or main course and dessert

This intentionally streamlined format offers an accessible insight into the gastronomic experience and the culinary signature of Gérald Passedat.

Accostage Stay: extending the experience

The Accostage Stay combines this lunch with an overnight stay at the hotel, including breakfast, allowing the experience to unfold over a longer moment.
