Return from the Sea menu
In the idyllic setting of Le Petit Nice, I offer a three-course menu designed to introduce my three-Michelin-star cuisine, guided by the day’s catch. This menu is available for dinner from Wednesday to Friday, until the end of March.
The menu presents a concise and balanced interpretation of the dining experience, true to the Chef’s marine-inspired universe.

The Mediterranean remains sovereign; the availability of this menu depends on the rarity of the products.
Without our fishermen, foragers and local producers, we would not be able to offer this cuisine.

Return from the Sea Stay: extending the experience
The Return from the Sea Stay combines the Return from the Sea Dinner Menu with an overnight stay at the hotel, including breakfast.
An opportunity to let the experience unfold over a longer moment, while fully enjoying the setting of Le Petit Nice and its immediate proximity to the sea.
A Mediterranean seaside interlude, ideal for a midweek dinner followed by a morning overlooking the horizon, true to the spirit of the house.
