Le Petit Nice - New
Gérald Passedat x Invader - First Cuvée Rosé Château Salettes
From 250 EUR
Gérald Passedat's cuisine never ceases to explore the lands and shores of Provence and the Mediterranean. Today, his path leads him to the Château Salettes estate for the creation of his first wine.
Intensity and delicacy: the art of counterpoint
To accompany the lightness and marked iodine of his cuisine, Gérald Passedat wanted to work with a Bandol Rosé, with an aromatic expression taut between delicacy and southern greed - a bright fruit and great freshness - all in perfect balance like the purity of his dishes.
Together with Arnaud Ferrier, the estate's cellar master, he has chosen three typical Mediterranean grape varieties: Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cinsault to produce this gastronomic tasting rosé.
A complicity between Art and Gastronomy
Gerald Passedat entrusted the artist and friend, Invader, with the pictorial creation of this cuvée.
A complicity that is expressed on the label but not only since the artist has also chosen another secret location to affix his Invader on this new cuvée...
This Gerald Passedat x Invader cuvée, limited and numbered to 1200 bottles, is the first of a unique triology between the two artists, a white and a red will arrive soon.
The Gérald Passedat X Invader cuvée is sold :
In a box, composed of 5 bottles of Bandol Rosé 2021 Château Salettes and 1 bottle of the Gérald Passédat x Invader cuvée.
The box of 6 bottles is priced at 250€.
