Passionate by infusions, the Chef Gérald Passedat offers a unique experience to discover chinese teas. He met Shirley Su in Macau and tasted a selection of teas in a very refined manner according to the traditional chinese service. From this experience, they had the idea to share their know-how by creating a menu with exceptional tea pairings.

THE COOKING SCHOOL
The cooking school is located in the heart of the Fort Saint Jean in the last quarter, putting to good use the produce from the garden. The cooking school, which have a capacity of approximately ten students, cooking classes are offered to the general public.
