High-altitude Penja Pepper


A gentle, suave pepper that exalts the finesse of fish thanks to its woody and amber notes. It first appeals elegantly to the nose, then develops a dry peppery  note in the mouth, followed by a velvety quality.

Origin:
Penja pepper is grown in Cameroon, in a soil enriched volcanic soil and equatorial climate, which gives it its unique flavor. Its rarity is also linked to a very limited production geographically.
